As a direct specialty care office, we do not bill to insurance companies for your appointment. You may request an invoice/superbill to submit to your insurance; however no guarantees can be provided. HSA/FSA funds can be utilized. Insurance cards will be requested to upload for to your account for future orders such as labs, pathology, medications, or imaging exams prescribed by Dr. Schmidt at your appointment
